Peter has released a new version of his excellent anti-spam image plugin.  The current version is 2.82.

The new release contains the following changes:

• The settings to allow pingbacks and trackbacks are now enabled by default.  The previous versions discarded pingbacks and trackbacks if you didn’t change the settings. 
• Two new settings were added to allow pingbacks and trackbacks to be sent to the moderation queue if the allow pingback and trackback settings were turned off.  These settings can be configured separately.
• The font size with automatically decrease if the anti-spam word is slightly too tall for the image box, if you are using True Type fonts.

I highly recommend you download and install Peter’s Custom Anti-Spam Image plugin.
