How to Restore Your WordPress Database in 5 Easy Steps

It’s always a good idea to have a plan if something goes wrong with your blog. The most important component of your blog is the database that contains all your posts, comments, and users. Can you imagine how you would feel if your blog died in the middle of the night and you didn’t have a backup?

    You knew I’d come out of the woodwork to comment on this one…lol

    I backed up my data through MySQL. Don’t ask me how, but it created a table of all of the info in my database…so that I could wipe out wordpress and reinstall it. It was back up in around a half hour. I think I spent more time freaking out about it, than the time it took to fix it….lol
